British alternative pop band Pale Waves has given us yet another reason to live with their new single, “Reasons To Live.” This single comes ahead of the band’s third studio album, Unwanted, set to release on August 12, 2022 via Dirty Hit. Channeling the angsty pop-punk of the early 2000’s, while putting their classic spin on it, “Reasons To Live” brings us Pale Waves at their finest. Heather Baron Gracie, Pale Waves’ frontwoman, digs deep into her darkest hours to deliver powerful lyricism and create a euphoric anthem about finding a person that can pull you up from rock bottom.
Gracie shared, “’Reasons To Live’ is about a time where I felt truly drained and incapable of happiness. Then I found someone who showed me a reason to live.”

Pale Waves is about to embark on a nationwide U.S. tour supporting 5 Seconds of Summer, and I don’t even have words to describe their live performance. Every single time I see Pale Waves in real life, I have a transformative experience. Their energy on-stage is injected straight into my veins and I simply ascend. That being said, be sure to catch Pale Waves at the dates below:
